Katty Jump respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it to run the game, keep the leaderboard fair, and improve gameplay.

What we collect

When you play Katty Jump, we collect only data needed to operate the game and protect fair play:

• Nickname / display name — the name you choose to show on the leaderboard. We do not ask for your real name.
• Player ID / user ID — an in-game identifier used to connect your leaderboard entry, score, progress, and anti-cheat checks to the correct player.
• Gameplay data — score, jump count, leaderboard rank, unlocked or selected skins, game progress, and similar in-game data.
• Game session and score validation data — game start time, game end time, play duration, score submission time, and related signals used to validate scores and detect suspicious leaderboard submissions.
• Local game data — some data, such as best score or settings, may be stored locally on your device.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect: email, phone number, real name, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or device advertising identifiers.

How we use it

• To run the game and provide core features such as leaderboard, score saving, skin unlocks, and game progress.
• To validate scores by checking gameplay timing, play duration, score patterns, and related gameplay signals.
• To prevent cheating, abuse, fake scores, or fraudulent leaderboard submissions.
• To keep the leaderboard fair and publicly display nickname, score, and rank to other players.
• To understand gameplay balance, difficulty, performance, and general usage patterns so we can improve the game.

Public leaderboard

Your nickname, score, and leaderboard rank may be publicly visible to other players. Do not use your real name or sensitive personal information as your nickname.

Analytics

We may analyze gameplay and product interaction data, such as score results, game start and end times, play duration, and leaderboard activity, to improve game balance, detect abuse, and maintain fair gameplay.

We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any third-party analytics service. We do not track you across apps or websites.

Tracking and advertising

Katty Jump does not use your gameplay data, user ID, or product interaction data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Katty Jump does not currently use third-party advertising. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

We may add ads in a future version. If we do, this Privacy Policy and our App Store privacy information will be updated before ads are introduced.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to host the leaderboard and game backend. They process data only to help us run the game, prevent abuse, validate scores, and maintain the leaderboard.

Children

Katty Jump is designed for general audiences and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Data retention & deletion

Leaderboard entries and related score validation data may be kept to maintain historical records, protect fair play, investigate abuse, and preserve leaderboard integrity.

To request deletion of your leaderboard entry, email us with the nickname you used. Local data stored on your device can be removed by clearing site/app data or by deleting and reinstalling the app.
